Installation & Brake Clearance Notes

• Brake Clearance: Engineered specifically with clean inner-spoke backspacing designed to bolt over and clear factory 4-piston front and 2-piston rear black or gold Brembo performance brake calipers (standard on 2004 USDM STI / JDM GDB models) without requiring dangerous wheel spacers.

• Lug Nut Seat Specifications: These OEM wheels require factory Subaru radius/tapered-style lug nuts. Do not use aftermarket tuner lug nuts with a sharp 60-degree conical seat unless the seat interface has been verified as safe.

• Tire Size Recommendation: For ideal chassis height tolerances, tire clearance, and optimal rolling-diameter accuracy, it is highly recommended to mount standard 225/45R17 high-performance tires.

• TPMS Notice: Because these wheels originate from the early JDM era, they do not feature modern North American TPMS sensor modules. If your vehicle utilizes an active dashboard air monitoring network, you will need to add standard 5x100 valve-stem TPMS units during tire installation.
