Long Block Conversion: This sale includes the engine block, cylinder head, and supercharger assembly. You must transfer your original USDM supercharger to ensure 100% compatibility with your vehicle's ECU.

Crank Sensor O-Ring: The W11 engine is famous for oil leaks at the crank position sensor.1 We recommend replacing this $\$5$ O-ring during the swap to keep your new engine bay clean.

Water Pump: Driven by the supercharger; replace now to avoid labor-intensive repairs later.

Cooling System: The R53 cooling system is sensitive to air pockets. You must follow the factory bleeding procedure using the two bleeder screws (one on the upper radiator hose and one near the thermostat) to prevent overheating.
